Please note that our in-network status does vary between our different office locations. Medicaid is only accepted at our Elk Point location for South Dakota. Medicare is accepted at all our locations—Humana Medicare Advantage for Iowa, Aetna Medicare Advantage for Iowa, and Wellmark Medicare Advantage through Delta Dental for Iowa and South Dakota.
